Job summary

Bray Leino in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Agency Systems Implementation Project Manager to lead a major technology rollout across the agency, introducing Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets and Fusion to streamline projects, resources, workflows and digital assets.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate with partners and internal teams, and drive adoption through training and engagement, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in an agency, marketing, or fast-paced environment.
• Experience delivering technology implementations, operational transformation or business change projects.
• Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets or similar enterprise workflow/content platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the Adobe Workfront implementation, coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Collaborate with implementation partner, internal teams and senior stakeholders to keep the project on track.
• Understand existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the agency.
• Coordinate activities across Workfront, AEM Assets, SharePoint and other systems to deliver integrated workflows and automation.
• Support internal communications, training and engagement for smooth adoption of new systems.
• Coordinate testing, launch readiness and transition to day-to-day operations.
• Gather feedback and monitor adoption to optimise the platform post-implementation.

We're looking for an experienced and organised Agency Systems Implementation Project Manager to join Bray Leino and play a key role in an exciting agency-wide transformation project. We're introducing Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM Assets) and Adobe Fusion to transform how we manage projects, resources, workflows and digital assets across the Agency. This is a hands-on opportunity to manage the day-to-day delivery of a significant technology implementation, working with teams across the business to introduce smarter, more efficient ways of working.

• Lead the day-to-day management of the Adobe Workfront implementation, coordinating project plans, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Work closely with our implementation partner, internal teams and senior stakeholders to keep the project on track.
• Collaborate with teams across the Agency to understand existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement and develop more efficient ways of working.
• Coordinate activities across Workfront, AEM Assets, SharePoint and other business systems, supporting the delivery of integrated workflows and automation.

• Coordinate testing, manage launch readiness and support a successful transition into day-to-day operations.
• Gather feedback, monitor adoption and identify opportunities to optimise the platform following implementation.

• Proven project management experience, ideally within an agency, marketing, professional services or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Experience delivering technology implementations, operational transformation or business change projects.
• Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets or similar enterprise workflow and content management platforms.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical processes and solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across different teams and seniority levels.
• A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a genuine interest in improving how businesses operate.
