Job description

I require an experienced Electrical Project Manager to work on a project in Cardiff, Wales, on a long-term basis (2 years +) for an established client.

Paying a salary based on experience between £(Apply online only) a shift, Outside IR35, with a 2-year duration and weekly payments.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors installing and commissioning MV and LV systems in a large commercial property.

Responsibilities include:

• Working with a professional engineering team to create and execute project delivery strategies.
• Chairing and managing weekly meetings with the client.
• Understanding project stages and milestones, collaborating with design, delivery, and commercial teams.
• Ensuring proper administration and maintenance of project documentation and program.
• Overseeing subcontractors and liaising with the client to ensure standards are met.
• Having good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
• Delivering projects according to the program of works.
• Identifying potential issues and working with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Reporting to the project director.

This role offers a project manager the opportunity to take a lead role within an experienced engineering company.

Payments are £(Apply online only) per day, with weekly payments, Outside IR35, and a long-term contract.
