Project Delivery Manager

25.22 - 29.22 per hour

Cardiff, South Wales

Full Time, 37 hours per week

Temporary contract, 6 - 12 months

Sellick Partnership Ltd are working alongside a public sector organisation assisting them with the recruitment of a Project Delivery Manager to deliver building maintenance works across a variety of commercial properties

Daily duties of the Project Delivery Manager:

• Ensure the successful delivery of building maintenance works across a variety of commercial properties
• Manage projects from the inception through to completion
• Manage and supervise external contractors to ensure works are completed to high standard
• Carry out risk management and job planning duties for projects
• Effectively liaise with and undertake the role of the Principle Designer
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislations

Essential requirements of the Project Delivery Manager:

• Possess an IOSH certification
• Experienced with managing both planned maintenance and reactive repairs
• Full UK Driver's License
