Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an interim Project Manager from a Building Services/HVAC background for an immediate-start contract in London, overseeing live site works and acting as the main liaison between clients, contractors and internal teams.

You will organise site works from planning to completion, ensure H&S compliance, manage multiple sites, and report to the Operations Director across an expanding project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Project management experience within building services / HVAC / M&E
• Client-facing on multiple live sites
• Ability to liaise between clients, contractors and internal teams
• Full UK Driving Licence

Are you a Project Manager from a Building Services / HVAC background looking for an immediate-start contract role, where you'll take ownership of live site works and be the key point of contact between clients, contractors and internal teams?

On offer is an interim position with a well-established, specialist engineering manufacturer, working on the delivery and resolution of aftersales works across occupied commercial environments, managing priorities across multiple sites at once.

This company design and manufacture patented HVAC equipment and have grown rapidly in recent years, with continued investment in product development and an expanding project pipeline across the UK and internationally. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to add an Interim Project Manager to support the Operations team and help drive delivery across current workloads.

In this role you will organise and coordinate site works from planning through to completion, liaise with contractor teams on access and scheduling, ensure H&S compliance (RAMS, permits, inductions) and track progress through to close‑out, reporting regularly to the Operations Director.

This role would suit a Project Manager with building services / HVAC experience, comfortable working client‑facing across multiple sites, looking for a contract role with an immediate start and varied project responsibility.
