Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an interim Project Manager for an HVAC-focused live site role in London. You will own the delivery across multiple sites, coordinate contractors, and ensure health and safety compliance from RAMS to inductions, reporting to the Operations Director.

This contract position offers £300-£350 per day (Inside IR35) with an immediate start and a minimum of three months, with extension potential and a client-facing remit across occupied commercial

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within building services/HVAC/M&E.
• Comfortable liaising with clients and contractors across multiple sites.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage aftersales site works from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate contractors and site teams across multiple live projects.
• Ensure H&S compliance on site (RAMS, permits, inductions, safe systems of work).
• Review site reports/photos, track issues and escalate to internal teams.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, London-based with site visits.

Are you a Project Manager from a Building Services / HVAC background looking for an immediate-start contract role, where you’ll take ownership of live site works and be the key point of contact between clients, contractors and internal teams?

On offer is an interim position with a well-established, specialist engineering manufacturer, working on the delivery and resolution of aftersales works across occupied commercial environments, managing priorities across multiple sites at once.

This company design and manufacture patented HVAC equipment and have grown rapidly in recent years, with continued investment in product development and an expanding project pipeline across the UK and internationally. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to add an Interim Project Manager to support the Operations team and help drive delivery across current workloads.

In this role you will organise and coordinate site works from planning through to completion, liaise with contractor teams on access and scheduling, ensure H&S compliance (RAMS, permits, inductions) and track progress through to close-out, reporting regularly to the Operations Director.

This role would suit a Project Manager with building services / HVAC experience, comfortable working client-facing across multiple sites, looking for a contract role with an immediate start and varied project responsibility.

The Role:
