Project Manager, HRISImplementation (15 month fixed term contract)

Please note: this is an office based role in StAustell, Cornwall.

We have an excitingopportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successfulimplementation of a new HRIS (Human Resources Information System) across ourorganisation.

As part of our HRteam, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a transformative project thatwill shape the future of our people processes. You’ll be responsible fordefining and executing the project vision, ensuring every stage aligns with ourlong-term business strategy and HR transformation roadmap.

About you:
  • Degree-level qualification inProject Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalentexperience). "
  • Recognised project managementcertification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP,AgilePM)
  • Experience managing complex,high-impact projects, ideally within HR or HRIS environments.
  • Demonstrable experience ofleading cross-functional teams and influencing at a senior level.
  • Strategic thinker with strongbusiness acumen and the ability to align project delivery withorganizationalgoals.
  • Advanced stakeholdermanagement and communication skills, with the ability to challenge andinfluence at alllevels.
  • Proven track record ofdelivering projects on time, within scope and budget, and realisingbusinessbenefits.
  • Highly organised and able toprioritise multipleactivities.
  • Highly organized, adaptable,and resilient, with a commitment to continuous improvement andinnovation.
  • Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and presentation skills
