Job Description:

• Home-Based (Covering the M1 Corridor)
• £45,000 to £50,000 per year (+ Car or Car allowance)

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of specification, documentation, and supervision activities on highways technology installation and maintenance projects along the M1 Corridor.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget, and for implementing health and safety practices for the field teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Project Management within the highways industry and experience with Highways Technology or CCTV/ANPR/VMS industries.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in the highways industry, especially with technology such as NRTS, RTMC, TPMS, HADECS, VMS, ANPR, etc.
• Experience with project management methodologies like APMP, Prince2, etc.
• Knowledge of technology maintenance, design, development, and delivery.
• Experience delivering projects in compliance with CDM requirements.
• Relevant qualifications such as IOSH/SMSTS, SSTMS, CSCS.
• Current certifications like G39, HERS8, NRSWA, NHSS8 are highly desirable.
