Project Manager – High-end Residential / Hotel, London

Falmouth Fairfax are working with an exceptionally successful high-end residential design and project management business with a portfolio of luxury developments across the globe. Due to further growth and a solid pipeline of client work, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Remuneration:

£55,000 – £65,000 + Benefits

The role:

The Project Manager will oversee the cradle-to-grave development cycle of high-end residential and hotel projects, covering new build, refurbishment, and extensions in the UK, mainland Europe, and the UAE, with construction costs between approximately £1 million and £15 million. The role involves working closely with clients from initial feasibility through design, planning, and managing external consultants and construction teams until FF&E completion.

The role reports to the Head of Project Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the technical management (CA) of projects across the RIBA cycle under JCT D&B and FIDIC contracts.

Requirements:

• BSc in Project Management or a related field
• Approximately 5 years’ experience in high-end/luxury residential development projects valued between £5 million and £20 million
• Experience with JCT (FIDIC advantageous) contract setup, managing consultant and contractor teams, and leading the master programme (MS Project) through to project completion
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies, with proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with excellent written, interpersonal, and time management abilities
