Project Manager – High-end Residential / Hotel

Falmouth Fairfax is working with an exceptionally successful high-end residential design and project management business with a portfolio of luxury developments across the globe. Due to further growth and a solid pipeline of client work, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

The role:

The Project Manager will join a business with an exceptional reputation and will oversee the cradle-to-grave development cycle of high-end residential and hotel projects. Schemes include new builds, asset upgrades, refurbishments, and extensions in the UK, mainland Europe, and the UAE, with construction costs ranging from approximately £1 million to £15 million. The company works closely with clients from initial feasibility and asset strategy through design, planning, and managing external consultants and construction teams until FF&E completion.

The role reports to the Head of Project Management and requires a proactive individual with experience in technical management (CA) of projects across the RIBA cycle under JCT D&B and FIDIC contracts.

Requirements:

• MRICS / MAPM preferred but not essential; BSc in Project Management or related field
• Approximately 5 years’ experience in development, focusing on high-end/luxury residential projects valued between £5 million and £20 million
• Experience with JCT (FIDIC advantageous) contracts, managing consultants and contractors, leading master programs (MS Project), and project completion
• Knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and proficiency with Smartsheet and Excel
• Strong stakeholder management, written, interpersonal, and time management skills
