A public body in London is seeking a Project Manager to deliver a capital programme for planned maintenance and refurbishment over the next decade. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Candidates should be customer-focused with experience in construction project management. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring attendance in the office at least 3 days per week.
Project Manager – Great Arthur House
Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2029
Location: Barbican Estate Office and Golden Lane Estate
Workplace Attendance Category: Hybrid – expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week or 60% of your working time in the office.
The City of London’s Housing Service manages 12 estates totaling 5500 homes. Three of these estates are in the Square Mile (including the iconic Barbican Estate) and nine are in neighbouring London boroughs. Tenants and leaseholders are at the heart of everything we do, supporting us as we strive to effectively manage, maintain, and improve the property that is their home.
