We are currently seeking experienced Project Managers to join our teams based in London and Cambridge.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of our commercial fit-out projects, which range in value from £500K to over £15M. You will oversee the client journey from start to finish and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:

1. Managing a multi-disciplinary team and subcontractors.
2. Overseeing project programs, design, quality management, and health and safety throughout the construction lifecycle.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Proven experience at the Project Manager level.
2. Experience in commercial fit-out.
3. A background in trade, technical, or a relevant degree is desirable.
4. In-depth knowledge of the construction process.

Key Qualifications:

1. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

3. Experience acting as an on-site client representative/liaison.
4. Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary site team.
5. Experience in handling day-to-day operational issues effectively.

8. Experience attending and leading client and professional team meetings.
9. Conducting regular site reviews, including safety audits, daily activity audits, and snags management.
10. Proficiency in project planning and scheduling using planning software.
11. Comprehensive understanding of health and safety management, including the preparation of risk assessments and method statements for site tasks.
12. Awareness of noise control and health and safety regulations.
13. Experience in neighbourhood relationship management; knowledge of the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) is desirable but not essential.
14. Ability to conduct inspections of contractor work, including tasks that may require working at heights or climbing scaffolds.
15. Capable of preparing closeout schedules, including operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals.
16. Strong presentation skills with experience in the work-winning process, including bids and interviews.
