Project Manager - Fit Out Contractor - Essex & London

Company:

I currently have a interiors contractor with a GBP15m turnover in the D&B fit out and refurbishment market seeking an experienced Project Manager. This award winning business carry out projects ranging from GBP100k to GBP5m mainly in and around the Central London area. In having a residential and commercial arm, they have gained business from such reputable companies including; NSH, British Airways, BBC and Bank of China, with the intention to continue this growth in the next coming years.

Role:

You as the Project Manager would split your time between office and sites usually located in London and the Home Counties.

Requirements:

• Previous fit out knowledge
• Project Management experience
• Have a full clean driving license
• SMTS, First aid accredited, CSCS card.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary:

They are offering a salary of up to GBP75k plus package which will depend on previous experience and qualifications.
