ERP Limited in London is seeking a Technical Project Manager – Fire Alarms to lead project teams, manage programmes and budgets, and ensure delivery to BS 5839 standards. You will build client relationships, coordinate subcontractors and ensure profitability while maintaining high technical and safety standards.

The role offers a £65,000 base salary plus a bonus scheme and an electric company car or car allowance, with travel provided by Oyster card in London.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fire alarm projects in the Fire & Security industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and BS 5839.
• Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of project costs, budgets and margins.

The Role

• Oversee the project administration team, installation engineers and commissioning/project engineers.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending project meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with BS 5839 and relevant industry standards.
• Manage subcontractors, quotations, variations and project profitability.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing fire alarm projects within the Fire & Security industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and BS 5839.
• Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of project costs, budgets and margins.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
