Job summary

Eley Solutions Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead fire detection and fire alarm projects in London and Kent. You will coordinate from office to site, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality meet BS5839 standards and client expectations.

The role supports Home/Hybrid working arrangements, with a mix of remote work and travel to client sites, leveraging a stable team of fire alarm specialists to deliver complex installations on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Fire Detection/Fire Alarm projects.
• Knowledge of BS5839 standards.
• Experience with NACOSS FIRE, BAFE, FIA, NSI, GENT, Open Protocol is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of fire alarm projects on time and within budget.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to manage costs and scope.
• Oversee on-site works and ensure BS5839 compliance and handover.

You would have experiencedeliveringprojects for a Fire Detection Installer (NACOSS FIRE,BAFE, FIA, NSI, GENT, Open Protocol, etc) Fire Alarm project Management as you would need to know the BS5839 standards to ensure refits and fire alarm and life safety installations of addressable systems are correct).

The skills needed to succeed in this role would come from managing andcontrollingcosts on Fire Alarm projectswhere youliaisewith the client, useyour financial skills andgood customer skills to deliver projects on time.

The projects are currently inLondon and commutable, so being based in East Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex or commutable to M25would be ideal for you to live.
