As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled team to deliver a finance system integration project within the Riverside Transformation Portfolio. You should have experience in delivering complex system integration projects, specifically with finance integration, Oracle Cloud, or ERP Projects. You will be adept at managing complex projects using various methodologies (waterfall/agile), planning at a high level while paying attention to detail to ensure progress.
You will work closely with Business Transformation colleagues, as well as peers across the CIO directorate and wider business, to ensure scope, finances, and timescales are met, and risks and issues are appropriately managed. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience are essential, as you will work within a governance model and support the wider BT team and CIO directorate, managing expectations professionally. You will be key to making decisions that foster high-performing, self-organizing teams, where people are motivated and engaged. You should be versatile, team-focused, and committed to delivering quality products and business value.
