What your role is

The Project Manager for Supply Chain is responsible for securing and accelerating the 3OP cost-saving pipeline. Managing large and complex strategic Cost Saving projects, developing project capabilities, best practices, and processes. The individual must demonstrate mastery of project management and cross-functional process knowledge to ensure end-to-end leadership and integration. The role includes guiding, coaching colleagues, and communicating with Senior Leadership.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead strategic HMM projects from Charter stage, ensuring executional excellence using appropriate methodologies and tools, including budget management considering all E2E costs.
  • Collaborate with functional managers to develop project timelines, resource needs, and success criteria. Drive efforts to accelerate implementation and increase savings.
  • Track and communicate project progress to stakeholders, including Senior Leadership. Identify and mitigate risks, and ensure effective governance.
  • Conduct cross-functional root cause analyses, escalate roadblocks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Review and improve the Cost Saving (HMM) Project Management framework and tools, coaching HMM Managers and Leads.
  • Support Marketing in adopting project management practices across all Launch to Win projects.
What you will bring to the team

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

  • 5+ years in Project Management, preferably in Supply Chain
  • Experience with Project Management methodology
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging from tactical to senior levels
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong organizational and people development skills
  • Ability to lead across functions and work across boundaries
  • Self-managing, results-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects
  • Ability to assess opportunities and guide projects in uncertain situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
