Through continued investment and expansion, they are looking to appoint an Engineering Projects Manager to lead strategic engineering programmes across their global manufacturing network.
In this highly autonomous role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of engineering projects including new product introduction, value engineering, manufacturing improvements and strategic engineering initiatives. You will manage a team of engineering professionals whilst working closely with manufacturing, quality, procurement and operational stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You'll also be responsible for project governance, engineering change management, resource planning and ensuring engineering solutions meet quality and regulatory standards.
This role would suit an Engineering Project Manager from a manufacturing environment looking to take ownership of large-scale engineering programmes whilst leading a high-performing team within a global engineering organisation.
