What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple minor works projects under our Fire Maintenance Contract for TfL
  • Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials
  • Develop logistics plans to meet project timelines
  • Produce and maintain project documentation and records
  • Lead change control processes and communicate variations
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, reviews, and close-outs

Key Requirements:

  • Experience managing fire systems projects
  • Delivering a programme of works valued at £1M+ per year
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
  • Experience with London Underground (LUL) or TfL projects is highly desirable
