Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager (Electrical) in Radstock to oversee multiple electrical projects from pre-start to completion. The role involves client and site meetings and a regional southwest patch, with office focus and occasional site visits.

The position offers a salary of 60,000–70,000 GBP plus training, progression, a company car and an annual bonus, and is largely office-based with local travel. Typical Monday–Friday schedule.

Are you a Contracts Manager or Project Manager looking to step up, with a local electrical contractor offering a local southwest patch and full responsibility of contracts where you can shape the future of the company?

Established over 25 years ago, this local electrical contractor has grown to having over 1,000 clients within the residential and commercial sectors. From changing a light bulb to multi-million pound contractors, no two days will be the same and having continuous growth they are looking for their next Contracts Manager.

This role is mainly to office based however occasion site and client visits within the southwest should be expected. This will see you managing several projects at a time, overseeing projects from pre-start through to completion with responsibilities including managing and scheduling site teams and labour whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high standards.

This role would suit an Electrical Contracts Manager or similar looking to join at the top of an established electrical contractors where you can even buy shares in the company to progress.

The Role:

• Manage multiple electrical projects (typically from 50k to 500k)
• Oversee projects from pre-start through to completion
• Attend client and site meetings
• Monday - Friday (7:30m-5pm)
• Company Vehicle for site visits

The Person:

• Experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager
• Willing to commute to office in Radstock and site visits in the southwest
