We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a complex transformation programme. The successful individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing project activities, ensuring milestones are achieved and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery ofprojects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs and status reports.
• Coordinate business,IT and third-party stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and governance forums.
• Monitor progress, manage resources and elevate delivery challenges where required.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Business Change professionals to ensure requirements and change activities are aligned.
• Support business readiness, implementation planning and transition into business-as-usual operations.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience managing projects within IT or business transformation programmes.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project dependencies.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• A track record of delivering projects within agreed timelines and objectives.

Desirables

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or PMP.
