• Plan, manage, and deliver small to medium-scale projects - often as part of a matrix delivery team - ensuring alignment with programme goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain and update project governance tools (e.g., RAID logs, project plans) to ensure timely, efficient delivery
• Contribute to programme governance including highlight reporting, supporting internal and external meetings, and ensuring the accuracy of key documentation.
• Build strong relationships with primary care teams, screening and immunisations and public health.
• Identify lessons learned, share best practices, and help standardise project management tools and processes as part of a wider matrix team
