Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in DevOps, GCP/Hadoop infrastructure, and capacity management to lead complex programs within our CTO Data Technology Platform team. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of delivery expertise, technical understanding, and stakeholder management to uplift platform capability, drive efficiency, and support real-time, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of initiatives for the CTO Data Tech Platform, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and platform teams to deliver on non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee and drive capacity management initiatives across systems and platforms supporting real-time and batch data processing workloads.
• Ensure successful project execution within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
• Drive capability uplift efforts within the platform, identifying areas for improvement and aligning teams on transformation goals.
• Understand and align project deliverables to technical infrastructure requirements – including GCP, Hadoop ecosystems, and DevOps practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within technology or infrastructure programs.
• Strong background in DevOps, particularly around tooling, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Technical familiarity with GCP, Hadoop, and enterprise-grade data platforms.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure components and non-functional requirements (e.g., latency, throughput, scalability, availability).
