A great opportunity has become available with our Plymouth-based client. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating NPI projects and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the department.

The Role

• Plan, coordinate, and track NPI projects.
• Work closely with other teams to develop and implement capacity planning methods for the NPI process.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of relevant processes.
• Establish a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within the NPI process.
• Collaborate with the business to plan future requirements based on forecasted demand and analysis.
• Monitor and report on NPI processes daily and monthly.

The Candidate

• Previous experience in an NPI or Project Management role.
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes would be beneficial.
• Experience in high-precision environments such as Automotive, Aerospace, or Motorsport.
• Strong understanding of project management techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to lead projects from initiation to delivery.
• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, would be advantageous.
