Job summary

Trinity College London is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Data and Integration workstream within its Replatforming Programme in London. This is a hands-on delivery role coordinating the development of the Modern Data Platform, data products and enterprise integration capabilities, with cross-team collaboration.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, create plans, coordinate across stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure governance, budget monitoring and smooth handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex data platform, data transformation or integration projects within a wider programme.
• Experience coordinating delivery across business stakeholders, technical teams, architects and external suppliers.
• Practical knowledge of project planning, reporting, risk management, dependency management and financial control.
• An understanding of data governance, data quality, data ownership and data management principles.
• Experience with cloud-based modern data platforms or domain-focused data products.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Matillion, API-led integration, event-driven integration, CRM or ERP platforms.

• Work with Data Domain Owners to clarify priorities and strengthen data ownership, governance, quality and stewardship.
• Prepare clear progress reports and updates for programme leadership and governance groups.
• Support budget monitoring, forecasting and value-for-money decisions.
• Help transition completed data products and integrations into sustainable operational ownership.

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the Data and Integration workstream within our Replatforming Programme. This is a hands-on delivery role with responsibility for coordinating the development of our Modern Data Platform, data products and enterprise integration capabilities. You will work with colleagues across Data, Architecture, Technology and other business areas, as well as external delivery partners.

You will

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the Data and Integration workstream, from source onboarding through to business acceptance and operational handover.
• Develop and maintain clear project plans, milestones and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate activities across business teams, technical specialists, architects and external partners.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns where appropriate.
• Work with Data Domain Owners to clarify priorities and strengthen data ownership, governance, quality and stewardship.
• Prepare clear progress reports and updates for programme leadership and governance groups.
• Support budget monitoring, forecasting and value-for-money decisions.
• Help transition completed data products and integrations into sustainable operational ownership.

You will also ensure that your work follows relevant organisational policies and procedures, including those relating to data protection, information security, health and safety, and safeguarding.

About you

You are an organised and collaborative project professional who can bring people together around shared outcomes. You communicate technical information clearly and are comfortable working with stakeholders who have different areas of expertise.
