Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cyber security, networking, and IT infrastructure projects within a growing PMO. You will own projects from requirements gathering through delivery, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Based in the UK with a hybrid pattern (Basingstoke, 3 days per month on site), you will collaborate with customers, technical specialists, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management certification.
• Around 5+ years' project management experience.
• Experience delivering technology, cyber security, networking, or IT infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document project requirements and scope.
• Develop project plans and work breakdown structures.
• Manage delivery from proof-of-concept through large-scale deployments.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
• Control budgets, resources, dependencies, and timelines.

Project Manager | Cyber Security

Salary: up to £65,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

Location: Basingstoke (3 days per month)

We’re working with a leading technology and cyber security services provider that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing PMO team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional with experience delivering projects within cyber security, networking, telecommunications, managed services, or IT infrastructure environments.

The Role

You will take ownership of projects throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and scoping through to delivery, transition, and handover to operational teams.

Working closely with customers, technical specialists, third-party suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document project requirements and scope

About You
