Qualifications

• Salesforce implementation experience is essential.
• Retail or wholesale industry experience is essential.
• Extensive project management experience or equivalent Senior PM experience.
• Experience delivering projects valued between £2m and £5m.
• Strong CRM implementation and business transformation experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and multiple workstreams.
• Strong governance, financial management, RAID and change-control experience.
• Experience working with Agile, iterative or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Communications Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or Field Service Lightning would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end CRM and Salesforce implementation projects.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of up to 30 resources.
• Manage third-party suppliers, subcontractors and delivery partners.
• Maintain project governance, RAID logs, reporting and change-control processes.
• Manage financial forecasting, budgets, costs, revenue and commercial performance.
• Coordinate business requirements, testing, implementation and customer acceptance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate delivery progress to senior leadership.
• Identify delivery risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure successful project closure, service transition and operational handover.

Project Manager - CRM / Salesforce Implementation - Hybrid

Manage complex technology projects valued between £2m and £5m, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, quality, budget and timescales.

Responsibilities: Project delivery, governance, financial management, RAID, stakeholder engagement and supplier management.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM and Salesforce implementation projects.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of up to 30 resources.
• Manage third-party suppliers, subcontractors and technical delivery partners.
