LocatED is an organisation with purpose, which works at pace with a can-do attitude. We provide expert property and construction advice to the education sector and government, delivering value to the taxpayer and real impact through the delivery of school places, addressing condition need and decarbonisation, alongside developing estates strategy.

We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience to help with the delivery of a significant pipeline of decarbonisation and energy generation projects, together with new build and refurbishment schemes across the education sector. This is a London-based hybrid role, which requires you to attend the office two/three days per week, ideally Tuesday to Thursday, with travel across England.

Main duties & responsibilities include:
  1. Supporting the delivery of a variety of school and college projects across England.
  2. Ensuring projects are completed on budget, within schedule and to the required standard and specification.
  3. Managing a variety of stakeholders through clear, accurate and timely reporting.
Key skills & requirements:
  1. Proven track record of managing UK-based construction projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
  2. Successful delivery of projects to time and budget.
  3. Knowledge of existing and emerging climate technology, building performance and sustainability principles.
  4. Confident in dealing with a variety of project stakeholders.
  5. The ability to quickly assess, triage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  6. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  7. Ability to deliver clear and accurate reports and communication.
  8. Possess relevant IT capabilities in Microsoft packages.
In return we offer:
  1. A basic salary of up to £55,000 based on experience.
  2. Opportunity to earn up to 20% of salary in an annual performance related pay scheme.
  3. 26 days annual leave, plus statutory holidays, increasing to 29 days with service.
