VIVO Defence Services in Plymouth seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of construction and refurbishments across seven sites. You’ll manage cost, schedule, risk and safety, coordinating with supply chain, site managers and stakeholders to meet KPIs and MoD carbon goals.

HND in Building/Civil or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and SMSTS are essential, with strong IT skills (Excel/Word). This is a site-based role with hybrid flexibility where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in cradle-to-grave project management in construction.
• HND-level qualification in Building/Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• SMSTS or health and safety management qualification is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead project delivery from start to finish, coordinating with supply chain teams, local representatives and site managers.
• Monitor performance indicators and risk assessments to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Manage costs and contract risks with commercial acumen to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards on all sites.
