Brandon James is seeking a Project Manager in Birmingham with NHS/NEC experience to lead projects from inception to delivery on a major telecommunications account and then across the consultancy's wider sector portfolio.

The role sits within a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy offering long-term career development and exposure to 14 specialist sectors, with opportunities to diversify as the project portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction consultancy projects.
• NHS/Healthcare or NEC experience required.
• Degree in PM/Construction/QS/Building Surveying.
• Progress towards MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Chair meetings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and report to clients.
• Oversee programme, risk, and change management with clear governance.
• Support national client account with potential diversification across sectors.
