Qualifications

• Must have project management qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects ranging from £5k to over £20k.
• Ensure project compliance and safety.
• Will be expected to travel and can consider hybrid work options.

Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager in Wolverhampton area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in either residential or commercial construction. Looking for someone who can think on there feet and confident in looking after several projects, ranging from 5/10k on the smaller projects, then reaching 20k above for the large projects.
