This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a significant capital programme across a large and varied school estate, with responsibility for delivering planned maintenance, estate improvement and SEN expansion projects valued at over £23m.
Reporting to the Head of Estates and Facilities, you will manage projects from concept through to completion, taking responsibility for project budgets, procurement, contractor performance and stakeholder engagement.
This is a highly visible role where your technical expertise and project leadership will directly contribute to improving educational environments and ensuring a safe, compliant and sustainable estate.
