Job summary

Trevett Services are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to support a leading UK organisation in a highly regulated, secure environment. Based in Malvern, this client-side role covers estates and construction from initial user requirements through the full lifecycle (RIBA Stages 0–7).

You will coordinate internal stakeholders with external design consultants and principal contractors to ensure scope, procurement, cost, time and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PM experience in construction, estates, infrastructure or capital projects.
• Strong client-side PM experience.
• Detailed knowledge of the RIBA project lifecycle.
• NEC3 contract experience – essential.
• Good understanding of CDM Regulations and Building Regulations.
• Experience managing external consultants, designers and main contractors.
• Strong commercial, risk management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in defence, government, secure or highly regulated environments is advantageous.
• PM qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, CIOB or degree equivalent.
• Must be eligible to undertake BPSS and SC security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and cost plans
• Support business case development and project approvals

• Manage stakeholder communication across technical, operational and senior management teams
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budget, programme and quality requirements

Contract: 6 Months Temporary – potential extension
Rate: £400 – £450 per day LTD
Working Pattern: 4 days per week onsite / 1 day remote

This is a client-side Estates Project Manager position responsible for taking construction and estates projects from initial user requirements through the full project lifecycle, covering RIBA Stages 0–7.

You will act as the key client-side interface between internal stakeholders, external design consultants and Principal Contractors, ensuring projects are effectively scoped, designed, procured and delivered in line with programme, cost, quality and compliance requirements.
