Job summary

Randstad CPE London seeks a Project Manager - Civils for a contract role in Oxford, with a strong rail civil engineering background to deliver engineering excellence on site. Salary is dependant on experience.

You will manage civil works, coordinate resources, and support design reviews across civils/buildings workstreams, ensuring alignment with project plans and schedules.

Qualifications

• Buildings projects at early stages experience preferred.
• Current or past project management experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure civil engineering works align with the project plans.
• Organise resources (people and materials) to enable delivery.
• Maintain round-the-clock site coverage as part of the team.
• Assist with engineering design and planning as required.
• Attend engineering reviews for allocated contracts.

I am looking for a project manager with a good rail civil engineering background, to deliver engineering technical excellence on works in Oxford.

Role

You will have previous experience working in a similar role within programmes from a civils/buildings aspect. This role would suit a project manager who has worked on rail and civil new works.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the civil engineering element of the works goes according with works plans.
• Organise resources of people and materials to ensure delivery of works.
• Work in a team for round the clock coverage of job sites.
• Assist with engineering design and plans as required
• Attend engineering reviews as required for allocated contracts.

• Will need to have current or past project management experience
