We are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager with a strong civil engineering and infrastructure background to join Procter Street directly.

This is not a role centred around reporting and administration. We need someone who understands how to deliver complex infrastructure schemes, can take ownership of a programme, manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders, and has the confidence to challenge performance and drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Own and drive the project programme, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Manage contractors, consultants and supply-chain interfaces.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and opportunities.
• Manage change and support commercial and contractual processes.
• Apply strong NEC3/NEC4 knowledge throughout project delivery.
• Work closely with planners and project controls teams, including P6.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide clear reporting and challenge performance where required.
• Identify problems early and implement practical solutions.
• Proven Project Management experience on major schemes.
