The role emphasizes ownership of the programme, proactive problem solving, and clear reporting to stakeholders. NEC3/NEC4 knowledge and experience with planners/P6 are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience on major infrastructure schemes.
• Strong NEC3/NEC4 knowledge and experience.
• Experience working with planners / P6 and project controls.
• Strong commercial and stakeholder-management ability.
• Hands-on, practical approach to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Own and drive the project programme, ensuring milestones are met.
• Manage contractors, consultants and supply-chain interfaces.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and opportunities.
• Support commercial and contractual processes.
• Provide clear reporting and challenge performance as needed.
• Identify problems early and implement practical solutions.
