Job Benefits: inside IR35

A public sector organisation based in in the South of the UK is seeking to recruit a Project Manager for an initial 4-6 month contract to start asap paying up to £650/day inside IR35 with 2 days on site per week (non negotiable).

Key duties and responsibilities include:

• The plan requires someone who can coordinate a complex, time-critical programme while also personally producing materials, chasing actions and turning decisions into usable outputs. The role spans governance, TOM development,documentation, communications and implementation.

• Experienced Project Manager / Programme Delivery Manager, ideally with organisational changeexperience
• A hands-on delivery person, not someone focused mainly on plans, meetings and status reporting.
• Able to proactively identify what needs doing and produce outputs, rather than waiting for detailed instruction.
• Strong at turning discussions and decisions into templates, briefing materials, papers, action plans and implementation documents.
• Excellent written skills, including drafting communications, FAQs, meeting scripts and staff-facing materials.
• Strong grip on milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and actions, with confidence to intervene when delivery is slipping.
• Able to chase, coordinate and unblock activity across HR, Finance, Communications and other senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, including quality assurance, consistency checking, version control and document management.
