JOB SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex senior housing capital projects throughout the United Kingdom. You will manage approximately 3-5 projects at any given time, depending on scope and complexity, and will oversee contractors, construction schedules, and communicate with project stakeholders. Welltower is a leading $60bn S&P 500 company investing in outpatient medical, seniors housing, and wellness housing properties. This is a REMOTE role, ideally based in the United Kingdom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily on-site activities for multiple projects, coordinate and participate in project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to discuss progress, problems, and schedules. Serve as the primary contact for all renovation activities.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, supervise contractors, escalate risks, and maintain property integrity.
• Set expectations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, safe, and conform to scope and contracts.
• Lead project kick-off meetings, conduct final inspections, and ensure proper documentation and close-out procedures.
• Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices and change orders, and track progress.
• Assist in developing scopes of work, timelines, and planning for redevelopment projects.

OTHER DUTIES

TRAVEL

Frequent travel between project sites across the UK is expected. Daily on-site presence is required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience; knowledge of real estate construction is a plus.
