Project Manager - Business Systems Transformation
Bury, Lancashire
£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract + Potential for Extension
If you’re an experienced Project Manager who can bring structure to complex systems implementations and get people working together to deliver change, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact across an established international business.
Our client is a leading supplier of branded textile accessories across the UK and Europe, investing significantly in a transformation programme spanning ERP, PIM and PLM systems. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you’ll work with a dedicated project team, departmental leads and external partners to deliver practical solutions that improve processes and support future growth.
Success will depend on your ability to build relationships, balance competing priorities and challenge constructively to keep decisions and delivery on track. With the support of an experienced PMO Manager and the autonomy to take ownership, you’ll help colleagues across the business embrace new systems and ways of working.
Relevant project or change management qualifications, such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI or Prosci, would be welcome, although successful practical delivery matters more than formal certification. Experience joining a business on a fixed-term basis and making an early contribution would also be valuable.
In return, you’ll join a business investing seriously in its future, with an engaged leadership team and a dedicated project environment. Benefits include 22 days’ annual leave plus your birthday off, 4% employer pension contributions, life assurance at four times salary, private healthcare subject to eligibility, free parking and onsite electric vehicle charging.
