Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the end-to-end project delivery.
- Coordinate requirement gathering, define scope and business value, and ensure transparency among stakeholders.
- Identify logical grouping, sequencing, and delivery approach of milestones; propose a delivery framework and resource profile.
- Quantify business benefits and design metrics to report project delivery value.
- Assess operational BAU impacts and propose post-delivery management solutions.
- Maintain transparent project tracking, including risks and issues, for real-time status updates.
- Design roadmaps and implementation plans, tailoring them for different audiences.
- Lead project groups and assist with documentation.
- Provide options and recommendations to senior stakeholders promptly when risks arise.
- Identify and implement solutions to optimize the Change Team's operating model.
- Manage project financials including estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
- Research industry and regulatory landscape, incorporating insights into project planning.
- Continuously improve delivery processes based on lessons learned.
Building Strong Relationships
- Develop partnerships across functions and manage external vendors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align project requirements and timelines.
- Share best practices within the team and support colleagues.
- Identify stakeholders and design engagement strategies.
- Work closely with project sponsors and SMEs, building trust and understanding work priorities.
- Apply a pragmatic, risk-based approach to project artifacts, ensuring compliance with Jupiter’s standards.
Desired Skills / Experience
- 10+ years of combined PM and BA experience in financial services.
- Familiarity with Asset Management industry, client trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience delivering large-scale programs and managing dependencies.
- Background in business case development, governance, and cross-functional planning.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives.
- Previous business analysis experience supporting requirements and benefit realization.
- Understanding of core technology and data concepts, data quality, and programming languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory landscape and investments (equity, fixed income, alternative).
- Experience in a consultancy or adaptable, fast-paced environment is advantageous.
