Job summary

Mott MacDonald is hiring a Project Manager for our Buildings team across UK offices including Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield. You will lead project delivery across RIBA stages, coordinating client needs, governance, and multidisciplinary teams while driving social and environmental outcomes.

You will work in a hybrid model, liaising with public and private sector clients, and contribute to business development and bid management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable project management experience in Buildings sector.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic brief and project goals with clients.
• Establish project governance and execution plans.
• Lead multidiscipline teams and manage change control.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and deliver progress reports.
• Mentor junior team members and support career progression.
