Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Project Manager for its Buildings team to join our expanding Office network. You will drive project delivery across RIBA stages, coordinating multidisciplinary teams for public and private sector clients, with a focus on value, risk, and governance.

You will work in a flexible hybrid environment across Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, and Newcastle, contributing to social outcomes and client success through robust programme and cost management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable project management experience in the Buildings sector.
• Working towards or holding MAPM/MRICS/MCIOB or equivalent Chartered Professional status.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and engage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Guide project delivery across RIBA stages as integrator of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Define project governance, time, cost, quality, and environmental outcomes.
• Develop detailed project execution plans and reporting frameworks.
• Lead internal commissions and support business development with account leaders.
