Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd in Plymouth is seeking a proactive Project Manager with a Building Surveying background to take ownership of diverse projects and provide direct client exposure. You will oversee programmes, budgets, and risk, coordinating with directors, surveyors and contractors across refurbishments, heritage schemes and public sector programmes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Project Management and/or Building Surveying.
• APC completed or close to completion.
• Experience across commercial, heritage and public sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from feasibility through to completion.
• Taking responsibility for programme, budget, quality and risk.
• Building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Leading consultants, contractors and wider project teams.
• Providing technical input across design, procurement and construction.
