About the Role: Lifespan Structures (part of the Centura Group Ltd) is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee innovative FRP composite bridge projects from concept to completion. We are a growing team delivering sustainable, lightweight bridge solutions for the future.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from early concept through to supply and delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, supply chain partners, and design teams.
• Create and present technical proposals, pricing, and documentation.
• Support marketing, tendering, and business development efforts.
• Oversee installations and ensure project quality and performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Interest in infrastructure and construction innovation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A desire to develop both commercially and technically.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about DMRB, CUR96, and FRP systems.
• Ideally, a qualification aligned with Level 4/6 apprenticeship (training support if needed).
