Location: Portsmouth, Hybrid with UK travel

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

We are a growing team delivering innovative, sustainable, lightweight FRP composite bridge solutions designed for the future.

We seek a proactive and ambitious Project Manager to oversee projects from concept to completion, develop strong customer relationships, and enhance supply chain links.

As our Project Manager, you will:

1. Manage projects from early-stage concept through to supply and delivery.
2. Liaise with clients, supply chain partners, and design teams.
3. Create and deliver technical proposals, pricing, and project documentation.
4. Support marketing, tendering, and business development activities.
5. Coordinate installations and ensure project quality and performance.

What we need from you:

1. A strong interest in infrastructure and construction innovation.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. A desire to grow both commercially and technically.
4. Familiarity with or willingness to learn about DMRB, CUR96, and FRP systems.
5. Ideally, a qualification suitable for a Level 4/6 apprenticeship (training support if needed).
