Are you an experienced Project Manager who can drive projects from initiation through to delivery? Do you thrive in a role where organisation, communication, and continuous improvement are key?
We are looking for a Project Manager to join BPAS, reporting to the Head of Programme Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering assigned projects across the organisation, ensuring they are effectively scoped, planned, and delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
You will work closely with stakeholders across BPAS, supporting organisational priorities through effective project delivery, governance, reporting, and change management.
As Project Manager, you will manage projects from initiation through to closure, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining oversight of timelines, risks, issues, and project outcomes. You will develop and maintain project plans and supporting documentation, provide regular reporting and updates, and support effective communication across cross-functional teams.
The role will also involve supporting governance processes, facilitating project handovers, identifying lessons learned, and contributing to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices across BPAS.
This is a full time role working on a hybrid arrangement over Monday to Friday. Travel to BPAS Head Office will typically be monthly, although this will vary depending on project needs.
You’ll have proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, reporting, and risk management, and be confident working with stakeholders.
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and produce clear, accurate reporting. You’ll have a sound understanding of project management principles and methodologies, or hybrid approaches.
