Job Title: Project Manager 3

Job Type: 12 Month Contract

Hours of Work: 36 hours per week

Location: Bracknell

Remote Working: Yes, with occasional site visits

Salary: £37.15 per hour - PAYE
£51.91 per hour - Umbrella

Purpose

As a Delivery Lead in Connected Labs and Process and Product Technology functions (PTs), you will oversee the successful implementation of several projects aimed at the digital transformation of laboratories within our Process and Product Technology functions, involving multiple teams, functions, and external parties.

Accountabilities

1. Serve as the central orchestrator, ensuring alignment of initiatives with organizational goals.
2. Foster collaboration between internal and external teams.
3. Manage high-level project timelines and coordinate with sub-initiative leaders.
4. Handle administrative aspects efficiently, including contract management.
5. Implement project management practices and standards.
6. Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Mural, Smartsheet).
• Workshop orchestration and facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Risk management proficiency.
• Experience in contract management.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and software development processes.
