Job summary

Nexperia in Stockport is hiring two Project Managers on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will lead end-to-end delivery of multi-site R&D, study and NPI projects, balancing scope, schedule, resources, dependencies and costs to meet governance standards.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering or related field, plus a proven record managing high-value projects (>$1M) with strong risk and budget control skills. Hybrid role with 3 days in-office.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent high-value projects (budgets > $1M).
• Strong understanding of risk management, change management, resource planning and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-site projects including scope, schedule, resources, dependencies and costs.
• Manage changes, risks and issues to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organisation and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Provide regular reporting and keep stakeholders informed on progress and risks.

If you require visa sponsorship now or in the future, your application will not be considered* These roles are located in Stockport on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office)**What our Project Managers do**Reporting to the Senior Program Manager and with a clear progression path, this role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of multi-site, Research, Study and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring that the project delivers the expected outcomes.Often managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will take ownership of project delivery, defining and maintaining robust project delivery plans that include scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and associated costs, aligned to the agreed governance standards.
