Nexperia in Manchester is seeking an Industrial Director to lead all industrial activities across the Business Group. You will drive front-end and back-end strategies, align roadmaps with product and R&D, and manage a cross-functional team across Industrial, Test, and Supply Chain.

The role requires a strong track record in high-volume manufacturing and semiconductor fabrication, with a focus on capacity, cost efficiency, and global manufacturing footprint optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Proven track record leading industrial, test, and supply chain teams.
• Extensive experience in industrial planning and high-volume manufacturing, preferably in semiconductor wafer fabrication.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities at all levels.

Responsibilities
