They are committed to innovation, operational excellence, and developing world-class solutions within a regulated environment.**Responsibilities** * Lead all aspects of Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality within the project.* Oversee the customer interface, including managing risks, planning responses, and resolving issues that arise.* Establish and maintain governance arrangements that align with business management systems.* Drive project delivery using industry best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and innovative technology.* Monitor programme performance, controlling profit and loss, and produce regular reporting.* Manage third-party suppliers to achieve desired project outcomes.* Coordinate project activities, manage dependencies, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.* Lead project reviews, close-out processes, and lessons learned initiatives. **Must-have Requirements** * Extensive experience in project management, ideally within nuclear or highly regulated environments.* Full project lifecycle experience, from bid stage to close-out.* Strong understanding of project governance, contracting methodologies (e.g., NEC3, FIDIC), and stakeholder management.* Recognised degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or equivalent.* APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) (previously APMP); progressing towards Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status.* Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, cost control, and schedule management techniques. **Nice-to-have Skills** * IOSH Managing Safely or higher safety qualification.* Familiarity with nuclear industry standards and compliance frameworks.
