Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for UK-wide fit out and construction projects, based in Hull with site visits across the country.

You will manage multiple schemes around £1 million in value, oversee Site Managers, coordinate teams, and ensure programmes are developed and delivered using MS Project.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £60,000, a company car or allowance, a fuel card and generous holiday entitlements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within fit out, refurbishment or construction sectors.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience managing commercial office fit out projects.
• Ability to oversee multiple live projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and programme management.
• Construction-related qualifications desirable.
• SMSTS and other industry certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing 2-3 projects simultaneously depending on size and complexity
• Overseeing Site Managers and coordinating project teams
• Ensuring programmes are developed and managed using MS Project
• Liaising closely with Quantity Surveyors, clients and subcontractors
• Maintaining project budgets, quality standards and delivery deadlines
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Leading project meetings and reporting on progress
• Ensuring all subcontractors are effectively coordinated and managed on site

Job Role: Project Manager - Fit Out & Construction

Location: Office Based in Hull, Visiting sites UK Wide

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Company Car or Allowance + Fuel Card, 28 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

An established and growing fit out and construction contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support an increasing workload across commercial office fit out, refurbishment, extension and new build projects throughout the UK.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and annual turnover set to exceed £15 million, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering projects across sectors including commercial offices and wider commercial buildings.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, typically ranging around £1 million in value, with larger schemes requiring sole project oversight. Current and upcoming projects include commercial fit outs, extensions and new build developments, with project locations spanning Yorkshire, the North East, Scotland and other UK locations.
